Visitors may post reviews, comments, photos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of spam. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. SummerCreations reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but may not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant SummerCreations a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant SummerCreations and sub-licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. By submitting a product review you agree SummerCreations has requested and been granted permission to use the product review as a clinical trial. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify SummerCreations for all claims resulting from content you supply. SummerCreations has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. SummerCreations takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
Nature’sRepair Coupon Codes exclude sale items. Only one code may be used at a time on any order…sometimes. Always try doubling up.
You are responsible and agree to pay duties and taxes direct to the shipping carrier. International orders will not be refunded for unpaid duties and taxes.
If you wish to cancel an order, please call 1-833-762-8873 or email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will do our best to make the cancellation prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, we will be unable to cancel, revise or recall that order.
If you have a concern with any of our products, please call customer service at 1-833-7NATURE or email us at email@example.com. We will be happy to provide usage assistance and discuss all your options with you.
Please call or e-mail for prior approval and to receive an RMA number before returning any items. If products are returned without prior approval, a restocking fee between 20% and 100% will apply at SummerCreations’ sole discretion.
Any product may be returned unopened and unused for any reason within 10 days of receiving the shipment and a refund or credit will be provided for the purchase price of the product. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, but refunds, credits or exchanges will not be granted after 10 days and/or without proof of purchase.
This return policy applies to orders purchased directly through www.naturesrepair.org. If you purchased a Nature’sRepair product at a retail store or other resale location, please contact the seller regarding your return.
We 100% guarantee the purity and freshness of our products from spoilage when stored properly as well as delivery of goods free of damages to product or packaging during or prior to transit. Items damaged by customers upon or after receipt will not be returnable.
